Gulf Contours Order Information

Ordering from Gulf Contours, Inc. is by completion of our standard order form and sending it to us via fax or e-mail attachment.  Dimensions on the order form should be in decimal inches (i.e. 14.75) or metric (millimeters) format.

Upon receipt of a completed order form we will prepare a quotation and order acknowledgement form and fax back to our customer for approval.  Production will not begin until we receive a signed copy in our office.  Please double check all dimensions on the form before signing and returning it to us.

For pricing purposes we will bill at the exact square footage (i.e.:  14.75 x 20.88” = 2.14 sq. ft.)  A minimum charge equal to one square foot will be made to those items smaller than one square foot.  Moldings, rails, and specialty panels will be billed by the piece. 

Pick-up and Delivery

Our factory hours for pickup are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.   Delivery will be available in the SW Florida counties in our trade region.  Your help in returning the shipping containers to us when picking up your next order or storing the containers for our pickup will be appreciated. 

Terms of Sale

All sales are final and full payment is required upon pickup, COD to your location or prearranged terms.  We accept company checks, Visa, Master Charge and cash.  Applicable taxes will be charged unless we have on file a valid tax-exempt form.  We reserve the right to deny credit to any customer and past due accounts will be immediately return to COD status.
