About Gulf Contours

Gulf Contours, Inc. manufactures thermoform doors, drawer fronts and components for use in the kitchen, bath and associated industries.  GCI, Inc. was founded in 1998 and our location in Punta Gorda, Florida allows us to service an 11 county local trade area with our own delivery trucks and nationwide by common carrier.

Our state of the art computer controlled high speed press and routers enable GCI to have the finest definition, quality control and quick order turn around.  We use only the highest grade double refined MDF board that is a full 3/4 inch thick and fused melamine backs.  Currently we stock 26 different vinyl colors and wood grains, some with matching melamine backs.  Other vinyl options are available on special order.

The door design portfolio offers 25 stock profiles ranging from a low cost, single path to intricate multi-path designs only possible by the use of our sophisticated soft ware programs and CNC routers.  Proprietary designs used by a specific customer will be protected.
